AIR Mobile Will Spark the Era of Contextual Applications

In case you’ve grown accustomed to the cool dampness of the underside of a rock, you’ve heard the news. AIR Mobile for Android has been announced, bringing Flash to even more devices in the future. With the already imminent release of Flash Player 10.1 on mobile devices, and Flash CS5’s back door into the iPhone App Store, it’s hard to deny the potential effects on our computing habits in the future. What Would You Want in an Adobe Flash Platform Suite?

[Ed. Note: I was going to be all cute and try to draw some conceptual box art, but I’ll leave that to someone with more time. :) ]

RE: Is Canvas the End of Flash?

I was kind of in the middle of deciding how I was going to design/publish/host my blog (had been for years) but I finally found something that made me really want to write. So, with the disclaimer of this being my first FULL blog post and the design being a little rough right now, let’s get on with it.
